Status:
The Nevis Community Foundation is registered as a non profit organisation under Nevis law status – see Certification of incorporation with NIA.
By-laws:
The NCF operates through a set of by-laws
Board of Directors:
The NCF is led by a Board of Directors who give their time voluntarily. The Board of Directors operate under a Code of Conduct that includes: a Conflict of Interest Policy; a Register of Interests; and a Confidentiality Statement Four places on the Board are being held for Founding Donors, who are yet to be appointed.
Members:
In addition to the Directors, the NCF has a wider membership of Founding Members. Other people who are interested can also become a member
Staff:
At the moment the NCF has no paid staff. Staff will be appointed once the NCF has completed its development phase and funding is in place.
